Associate, Corporate Program

Jennifer Bowe joined Ceres in 2014 as an Associate with the Corporate Program. In this role, she provides administrative and research support to the Ceres Corporate Program in advising Ceres company members on sustainability strategy including performance, disclosure, and program development, as well as facilitating stakeholder engagement processes.

Prior to Ceres, Jennifer did an internship with the World Wildlife Fund - Market Transformation Initiative, where she helped assess the sustainability of emerging markets for alternative fiber crops. By reviewing prominent certification indicators and tools she worked with the WWF team to develop a screening methodology for investors and paper companies to assess the sustainability of potential fiber alternatives. On a larger scale Jennifer worked with WWF and a team of graduate students on a year and half long capstone project exploring corporate sustainability tradeoffs of sourcing food, fiber, and fuel commodities.

Jennifer holds a MS in Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Michigan - School of Natural Resources and Environment and a BS in Biology from Villanova University.
