As a Development Associate on the Foundations team, Kitman works closely with program staff to track and articulate Ceres’ initiatives, supports the writing of grant proposals and reports, and manages communication with a portfolio of foundation grants.
Kitman joined Ceres in August 2014 as the Executive Assistant. She graduated in 2013 from Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy Studies and History and a minor in Environmental Science & Policy. Prior to joining Ceres, she worked at a marine nature center in Florida.
